  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Get Odd Company ships 'rubber ducky' themed merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Get Odd Company ships only 'rubber ducky' theme merchandise to Canada but not to other international locations. Items that are not 'rubber ducky' themed only ship within the 50 US states. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    We normally ship out our items within two business days of your order. On occasion this may extend to three business days due to some unforseen issue. Most orders are, however, shipped out the business day following your order.

    Normal 'standard' shipping typically uses the USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class mail services. Parcels shipped in this manner typically reach their destinations within about a week of the order being placed. On occasion (usually due to a heavy or bulky item, or something special about the destination address, we will ship via UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post. These alternate shipping methods can be a bit slower than the normal and your package might not arrive for up to two weeks after you placed your order.

    We do not normally supply tracking information for the orders shipped unless it is specifically asked for when the order is placed (via the customer comments section on the order page).



  • Sales Tax
  • Get Odd Company charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site and shipped to locations within the state of Michigan.


  • Return Policy

  • Your satisfaction with the products we sell is very important to us.

    We have a 30 day return policy. If you don't like the item you received, or changed your mind, or for whatever reason you wish, just ship us back the item within 30 days of your receiving it for a refund of the items price. We do not refund any shipping and handling charges.

    When returning the item, please don't forget to put some indication of who you are so that we know to whom to issue the credit. It is also helpful if you can include either a copy of your original order invoice, or the order number that was associated with your order.
